Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Class 1 Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods over short and long distances while operating an Class 1 HGV with very occasional Class 2 work.

Hours range from a 45-hour weeks to 60 hours, from 6am to 5pm Monday to Friday. No weekends or night outs needed. Pension and 28 days holiday, no truck sharing, pay rate may be increased after a trial period. Starting rate is currently 16 per hour.

Responsibilities:
- Safely drive trucks to transport pallets to various locations
- Trailer Exchanges of Pallets
- Work on Curtain sided trailers
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a truck driver
- Valid CPC Card Holder
- Good driving record with minimal traffic violations
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good communication skills
