Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial driving, particularly with curtainside , box trailers, and a strong commitment to safety and efficiency. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining the integrity of the cargo.
Responsibilities
Operate Artic lorries safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Maintain accurate delivery records and logs as required by company policy. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others on the road. Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any concerns or inquiries professionally.
Qualifications
HGV CLASS 1 license
Tachograph digital
CPC
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 15.00-16.00 per hour
