ROLE:

HGV Class 1 Night Driver | Full Time | Hastings

Our drivers are one of the most important roles within Poppypac Logistics, and as a fully qualified Class 1 Night Driver, you will have the important role of transporting freight to and from our hub in Fradley Park, Litchfield whilst being safe and taking care of yourself on the road. You must be flexible and have good geographical and logistical knowledge.

SALARY:

Depend on experience.

LOCATION:

This role will be based at our site in Hastings.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITES:

You will be responsible for transporting goods and materials to our hub in Litchfield.

Ensure health and safety standards are adhered at all times.

Various HGV duties, including daily checks to ensure your vehicle is roadworthy and safe to use, complying with vehicle security and standing procedures at all times. Able to work Monday to Friday.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Licence/Certification:

Clean Driving Licence (required)

Driver CPC (required)

Experience:

Will have completed a CPC Training Course and have a strong geographical and logistical knowledge.

Experience in pulling double deck trailers.

Communication:

You will have good communication skills, spoken and written.

Influence & Persuasion:

Build good working relationships with work colleagues and customers.

Planning & Organisation:

You will be adaptable in your start and finish times depending on requirements.
