Job Description
The role
Hallam Express Ltd based at S60 1FB are looking to recruit a Class 1 night driver to join our team of professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting all of the palletised goods that the day shift have collected to the SuperHub or specific Customer. On arrival the vehicle will be unloaded and reloaded with the palletised goods for our postcode area ready to be transported back to S60.
Responsibilities, skills and experience:
Work to HGV drivers hours and in line with working time directive. Hold the relevant license and up to date CPC Work in a professional manner. Be able to follow company procedures and keep colleagues informed of progress or delays Ensure Health and Safety guidelines are adhered to. Manual Handling Self-motivated and disciplined and ability to work unsupervised to the required standard Numeracy and literacy skills An ability to be flexible
