Job Summary
We are looking for a Class One Night Trunk Driver for a Temp to Perm Contract. It is a straight Trunk Starting at 16:30 each evening Monday to Friday.
Run is 10 - 12 hours per night with it being a straight Trunk. Nice and Easy Work. 12 Months Experience Accepted
Rate is 17.50 ph PAYE
Responsibilities
Safely operate lorries for general haulage trunking work Ensure all pallets are securely loaded and properly balanced before transit. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to identify any mechanical issues or safety concerns. Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during deliveries. Plan routes efficiently to optimise delivery times and minimise fuel consumption. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance logs.
Qualifications
Class One Licence and valued CPC and Tacho 12 Months Driving Experience.
