About us

We Clear Junk Ltd - We provide a simple man and van rubbish removal service.

Often referred to as "bulky waste removal", we specialise in both ad hoc bulky waste collections and regular waste collection from commercial renovations and household.

Since 2006

We started our man and van rubbish removals with house clearances and small office clearances. Since then we refined it to service Domestic and Commercial clients.

Why do our drivers stay with us for years?

Our drivers roles are NEVER just driving all day - our teams only travel 30-50 miles per day, and the role includes driving, loading and drop offs. And they are in charge of their days.

Our drivers work in 2 person teams - much more fun than being alone all day

We have a strong family ethos - working together as one.

Our drivers are respected and treated well.

Bonuses based on performance, and tips (from clients) and cool free stuff from our reuse scheme (furniture, electronics, bikes etc).

PARKING available at our depot, W10 5AZ, although not unlimited.

Start and finish at our depot, with collections across London.

Every day can be different - with new jobs in different areas across London which means you will see a lot of places you have not seen before .

The work includes physical lifting and loading, so you cannot be afraid of hard physical work. You will not need a gym membership.

What you need to apply:

You'll need an HGV license to drive our 7.5tonne tipper trucks.

You must have a CPC (let us know if you don't; we can help you get yours).

You will also need a Tachograph card (these are easy to get and can be ordered in 2 weeks if you don't have one).

There is a 3 week PAID trial period and a signing bonus of 150 after your trial period

Training is provided on the job from day 1.

The role requires careful planning of your day, and you work in 2 person teams (both of whom help load our trucks)

it is essential that you are able to be polite and clear when speaking with our customers.

Our drivers earn between 40,000 and 50,000 a year. The day starts at 06:40am and finishes when the last jobs are completed (normally between 3pm and 6pm).

You get paid every 2 weeks -Mid month and End of Month
