Job Description

S&C Foster are seeking a Class 1 and 2 Tanker Driver to work out of their Tarleton hub close to Pretson.

Driving a HGV Tanker the work incorporates operating the vacuum tank to remove various non-hazardous liquids from sites to be disposed at facilities across the North West of England

Location:

Tarleton, Preston

Hours: Monday - Friday 47.5 hours (Start Time 4am - 6am)

Salary:

34,580-37,050 per annum (depending on experience)

Overtime: Enhanced Overtime Rates

Responsibilities - but not limited to:

Taking instruction via a phone provided to carryout the work at various locations Driving the HGV Tanker to various sites Full operation of the vacuum tanker to remove hazardous liquids from sites. Driving to new location to dispose of the waste from the tanker. Adhering to Health and Safety instructions, Daily vehicle checks

Experience and qualifications required for the role:

HGV class 1 driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points Valid in date CPC Experience in driving a tanker is advantageous
