Overview

Debach Enterprises Ltd are looking for a hard working experienced tramper driver to join our team. Based from our Ipswich depot, you will be delivering and collecting throughout the UK returning to the depot. You will be required to stay out 2-3 nights a week.

15.20 per hour for first 40 hours

41 hours + paid at time and a half (22.80)

Night out pay per night 34.54.

Driver CPC required.

LGV main duties:

Delivering/collecting throughout the UK. Complete Daily Vehicle Checks. Compliance with Driving (road) Regulations. Compliance with the Working Time Directive. Compliance with Tachograph Regulations. Compliance with Health and Safety Regulations. Safely operate the truck transporting /collecting/delivering goods.

About You:

We are looking for someone with a positive, friendly and helpful manner to join our transport department and busy team. You must be helpful and reliable with a can do attitude whilst having a good eye for detail.

Overall Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervise the loading of the vehicle so that products are safe and secure to minimise chances of damage. Check load is correct against the customers' orders. Ensure that on arrival the delivery is safe to make and respect Customer's / Businesses property; if in doubt, consult with customer and/or Transport Operator. Check goods off and obtain signature & POD. Provide excellent customer service. Handle customer issues on delivery effectively and contact Transport Office for assistance if required. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Licenses:

C+E License DQC Driver CPC required
