About us
LAKESIDE HAULAGE LTD - We are a professional Road Transport Company , Based in Cannock, Staffordshire.
We are looking for an experienced Class 2 Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering goods to customers, ensuring that all goods are loaded and unloaded correctly, and maintaining accurate records of deliveries. The ideal candidate will have a valid Class 2 Driver's licence, a good knowledge of the local area, and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
Follow the Highway Code and all relevant legislation. Maintain a valid driving licence and CPC card. Carry out pre-journey vehicle checks. Load and unload goods safely and securely. Deliver goods to customers in a timely manner. Ensure that all paperwork is completed accurately and on time. Maintain accurate records of deliveries. Communicate with customers in a professional manner.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 12.50-13.25 per hour
Expected hours: 45 - 55 per week
