Responsibilities

HGV Class 2 Domestic NI deliveries across Northern Ireland Load and unload cargo using equipment such as pallet truck and tail lift Operate our driver app to record and upload POD's in real time Understand and follow all drivers hours and working time directive regulations Ensure only suitable routes are taken that are suitable for the size of vehicle operated Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and customers to coordinate pickups, deliveries, and address any issues promptly. Adhere strictly to safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation, load securing, and vehicle maintenance. Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while representing the company on the road.

Experience

Experience in Northern Ireland domestic deliveries in a Class 2 vehicle essential. Ability to handle muti drop deliveries across a variety of locations Experience in load security and operations of pallet trucks (both electric and manual) Good geographical knowledge of NI road network Ability to handle a wide variety of freight and customer delivery locations Strong communication skills for effective coordination with team members and customers. DCPC Up to date Max of 3 penalty points on license Over 25 years old with 2 years previous experience in vehicles of the same category.

Pay: From 15.00 per hour
