We are based in Marden just outside Maidstone and are recruiting for a class 2 licence holder to drive our Pickup truck and twin axle trailer, playing a key role within our transport team moving our smaller kit around the south east

We operate a highly effective team working hard to provide our customers with access equipment on time. The right person for this job needs to be able to work under pressure and have the ability to get multiple jobs done in a day

About the role:

Driving and operating our latest model Toyota Hilux pickup truck with a trailer delivering and collecting access platforms Supporting the smooth running of daily operations by ensuring timely and safe deliveries with great communication. Processing Machines in the yard and carrying out pre delivery inspections Being able to drive our 32ton class 2 vehicles when needed covering holidays or sickness Occasionally assisting on-site with the positioning or access into site of access platforms.
What We're Looking For:

A full UK HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence (Class 1 would be an advantage). Powered access experience, experience with plant would also be helpful A valid in date 3a/3b Ipaf certificate would be an advantage although training can be provided Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card. Flexibility in working hours, and a 'can do' attitude are crucial to this role There will be an expectation for weekend working as per the needs of the company. Good communication and customer service skills are a must, we pride ourselves on delivering a great customer experience.
