We are seeking a professional and reliable Driver to join our logistics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely transporting goods across various routes, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining high standards of vehicle safety and compliance. Responsibilities

Operate commercial vehicles in accordance with road safety regulations and company policies Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to meet scheduled deadlines Load and unload goods, ensuring proper securing of floorcoverings during transit Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after trips, reporting any maintenance issues promptly Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, including delivery notes and logs Comply with all legal requirements related to driving hours, vehicle weight limits, and safety standards.

Qualifications

Valid driving licence suitable for operating commercial vehicles Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and best practices for commercial driving Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record Ability to handle physical tasks such as loading/unloading safely and efficiently Good organisational skills and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision Flexibility to work various shifts as required, including early mornings or late evenings if necessary as well as potential nights out

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 16.32 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 45 per week
