Experience with tippers and hookloaders specifically is highly desirable, as well as a background in commercial driving and delivery services.

Responsibilities

17p/h PAYE Training provided Operate tippers and hookloaders specifically for the safe transportation of goods to designated locations. Recycling work Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation, ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly. Plan routes effectively to optimise delivery times while adhering to traffic regulations. Communicate with dispatchers regarding any delays or issues encountered during transport. Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of items during transit. Uphold company policies regarding safety, customer service, and environmental standards.

Skills

Strong commercial driving skills, including knowledge of road safety regulations. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients. A valid driver's licence with appropriate endorsements for commercial driving is essential.
