What you will be doing as Class 2 Driver:

Start each day with walk-around checks to make sure your vehicle is in top-notch, roadworthy condition, using electronic device to log. Be the hero on the road by performing quick repairs and maintenance if accidents or breakdowns happen. Keep your truck looking sharp--clean and presentable, inside and out! Master the art of safely securing heavy and large loads for smooth, worry-free transport. Take charge of your truck's security during rest breaks. Plot the most efficient routes with your PDA or SATNAV to stay ahead of the game. Stay in the know with live updates on road closures, accidents, and traffic diversions to avoid delays. Lend a helping hand to site teams by assisting with loading and unloading deliveries. Always stay compliant with legal compliance regulations and in-house rules. Our Ideal Person:

Minimum 2 years' experience in multi-drop delivery, with a solid understanding of the need for overtime when necessary to support business goals. Team player with strong collaboration skills, able to work well with others to ensure smooth operations. Clean driving license and up-to-date Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (DCPC), ensuring safety and compliance. ADR License for handling and transporting hazardous materials, would be preferable but not essential. Proficient in using Electronic PDA for signature capture, ensuring efficient and accurate delivery records. Strong documentation skills, able to complete necessary written correspondence and delivery paperwork accurately.
