Job Description
Tipper Truck Driver
Duties:
- Safely operate a heavy-duty truck to transport materials from site locations
- Plan routes and ensure timely delivery
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Adhere to traffic laws, regulations, and company policies while driving
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption
- Communicate with dispatchers, customers, and team members to coordinate deliveries
Qualifications:
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL)
- Clean driving record with no major violations or accidents
- Proven experience as a truck driver or similar role
- Knowledge of truck maintenance and repair procedures
- Ability to navigate using GPS systems and maps
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication and customer service skills
