Trio Logistics provides a reliable logistics solutions for our customers in the Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire area. A Shareholder member of Pallet Track and APC Overnight, we have an ever growing customer base. We are fast becoming the number 1 choice for all delivery needs within the GU postcode area. In 2025, we will be investing heavily in a modern fleet of trucks to work in unison with the fleet of vans we already have in operation. We are looking for experienced Class 2 drivers to help us with pallet deliveries. We are looking for drivers to bring knowledge and experience to our Business and become an intricate part of our ever growing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for safely transporting goods from our location to the GU postcodes, ensuring all cargo is loaded and unloaded correctly and on time. You must possess excellent customer service skills and be able to communicate effectively with customers and other drivers.

Working pattern: working Monday-Friday , starting at 08:00 and looking to be finished by 18:00 everyday

Basic salary starts at 37,000pa, plus overtime.

Responsibilities of Class 2 Driver:

Ensure to develop and maintain positive customer relationships, delivering exceptional customer service To comply with driving hours and working time directives To ensure driving ability adheres to the safety of others and oneself on the road, always ensuring legal compliance Ensure a professional image of the company and oneself is always presented Ensuring all paperwork is correctly signed, properly distributed and all administration is accurate Deliver and collect freight within service levels of agreement Ensure daily vehicle checks are actioned to support Health and Safety criteria Oversee safe loading and unloading of goods Responsible for security of loads To lead and give example to other drivers by offering support Adhere to health and safety policy, and other requirements Willingness to work increased hours during peak times

Requirements of Class 2 Driver:

Must hold a full UK licence for a minimum of 2 years 1 year + professional Class 2 driving experience preferred Have a digi tacho card and hold a CPC qualification card All applicants need to be 30+ years old for insurance purposes Must have experience in driving 18t rigids
