About the Role
MacLennan Distribution is currently seeking a
Class 2 or 7.5T Multi-Drop Driver
to join our growing team. Based at our depot in Oban, the role involves the delivery and collection of chilled and frozen goods throughout Argyll and the Islands, as well as collections from Glasgow.In addition to driving duties, you may be required to assist with general warehouse tasks, so a team-oriented attitude is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Multi-drop deliveries across Argyll and the Islands Collection runs from Glasgow Assisting in the warehouse as needed Loading and unloading vehicles Ensuring all paperwork and tacho records are completed accurately Maintaining high standards of vehicle cleanliness and safety
Requirements
Valid UK driving licence with
Category C (Class 2) or 7.5T entitlement
Valid CPC
(Driver Certificate of Professional Competence)Digital Tachograph Card
Physically fit and capable of handling heavy goods Forklift experience is desirable but not essential - training can be provided Good communication skills and a strong work ethic Knowledge of the Argyll area is an advantageWorking Hours
Monday to Friday Occasional evening or weekend shifts may be required We are open to
part-time or flexible working arrangements
