Hgv Class 2 Driver
Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated HGV Driver Class 2 to join our team. As an HGV Driver, you will be responsible for delivering goods to our customers' premises, mainly consisting of restaurants and takeaways. You will have the opportunity to work with a professional team and enjoy the support of driver's mates when necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate and drive an HGV vehicle (Class 2)
- Deliver goods to customers' premises in a timely and efficient manner
- Collect forms of payment, including cash and cheque
- Ensure the accurate completion of all necessary paperwork and documentation
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive and professional demeanour
- Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies
- Maintain the cleanliness and good working condition of the vehicle
- Communicate effectively with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery operations
- Assist with any physically demanding tasks as required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 14.70 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
