The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of commercial driving, with experience in various driving environments. This role involves delivering goods to various locations nationwide using

the tail lift and pump truck

while ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle.

This is a busy, physical role that will require the use of a pallet truck.

Class 2 HGV Driver The Perfect Candidate:

Will hold a Clean Full UK Driving Licence Will hold a valid Tachograph and CPC Card Will hold a valid

driving licence Must have a

minimum of 2 years experienc

e for insurance purposes. Will be

over 25 years

old for insurance purposes Operate lorries in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Load and unload goods, ensuring proper handling and securing of cargo,

particularly when using tail lift

. Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation as required by company policies. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations during transportation. Provide excellent customer service while delivering goods to various locations.

Salary & Benefits:

20 days holiday per year plus statutory holidays.

37 000 basic annual salary

, based on a 50-hour work week

15.15 per hour overtime (Monday to Friday)

25 per night out
