If you are a professional driver looking for a secure employment opportunity with a market leading 3PL logistics organisation - look no further. Wincanton are offering the opportunity for Class 2 Drivers to join a delivery team in Lymedale Stoke on Trent.





We're looking for a dedicated driver to handle deliveries for our New Look contract, you'll be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of goods. This is a physically demanding role that requires manual handling.


38,240.63 per annum

15.32 per hour

Start times between 08:00-15:00

Shift Pattern: Sunday to Thursday

48 hour per week contract

19.31- overtime rate for hours worked over 48

28 days annual leave inclusive

If successful, for every driver that you refer, you can earn an impressive 1,000 (subject to conditions)


How will you contribute?



Delivering to a network of retail stores for our new customer New Look, unloading vehicles at delivery points Collecting and logging returns Completion of tachographs in line with legislation and company policies Performing vehicle checks at the beginning and end of each journey and reporting all defects Ensuring the vehicle and stock are properly always secured Driving a Class 2 Vehicle in a safe manner, complying with all road traffic, and vehicle legislation

What will you bring?



Must have valid in date Class 2 licence Must hold a valid Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (DCPC Card) Must hold Digital Tachograph card Must not have more than 6 points on licence Must have minimum 12 months Class 2 driving experience Previous Multidrop experience would be preferred and the use of handheld scanning devices A general understanding of driver's hours legislation and working time directive Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential Time management skills and comfortable in working to deadlines
