We are currently recruiting for a HGV Class 2 Driver to join our Family run business.

This vacancy is immediate start for the right candidate.

Skip loader or Hook loader experience preferred.

Duties:

Operating Skip loader & Hook-Loader Delivering and exchanging skips/roll on roll of bins Loading & Unloading lorries Keeping equipment clean and well maintained General yard duties required when not driving Overtime may be required

Skills/ Requirements

HGV Class 2 License Hold a valid CPC card Punctual and polite Good attitude Can work well in a team or individually Able to work in all weather conditions due to this role being indoor and outdoors

Additional Information:

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Working Hours : Monday to Friday 7:45am - 4:45pm (Excluding Overtime).

Overtime: Overtime will be paid for anything above 45 hours per week.

Break times : Break times are paid whether that being Tacho breaks or if performing yard duties will be 2 x 30 mins break (10am - 10:30am / 1pm - 1:30pm).

Salary: 14.00 per hour (basic) 21.00 (overtime) (After 45 Hours)

Additional hourly rate available for the following skills:

Welding +15p per hour

Burning +15p per hour

FLT +15p per hour

Material Handler/Grab +30p per hour

Attendance Bonus paid monthly

50 for 95+% 100 for 100%
Holiday entitlement :

0-2 Years Service: 20 days plus bank holidays After 2 Years Service: 22 days plus bank holidays After 3 Years Service: 24 days plus bank holidays After 4 Years Service: 26 days plus bank holidays 5+ Years Service: 28 days plus bank holidays
