Your main role is to drive and deliver meat carcasses / Boxes to shops around Lancashire.VACANCY AVAILABLE FOR DELIVERY DRIVER PERSON TO DELIVER HALAL MEAT CARCASSES IN AND AROUND LANCASHIRE IN DELIVERY WAGONS. EARLY MORNING STARTS. FULL AND PART TIME SHIFTS AVAILABLE.

You must be reliable and happy to work as a team.

Candidates are require to have:

An a Full UK Licence / Class 2 HGV Driving Licence and CPC The ability to work within a team To be professional with customers Reliable and hardworking

Summary

As an HGV Class 2 Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of goods, reporting directly to the Transport Manager. This role requires a valid Category C Licence and proficiency in commercial driving, with a focus on flatbed operations. Your experience as a delivery driver will be essential in ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining high standards of service. The organization expects you to demonstrate strong driving skills, adherence to safety regulations, and effective communication in English, contributing to our commitment to excellence in logistics.

Responsibilities

Operate HGV Class 2 vehicles safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all traffic regulations. Deliver goods to various locations, maintaining accurate delivery records. Load and unload flatbed cargo, securing items to prevent damage during transit. Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and functionality. Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise. Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
