Job Description
Overview
We are seeking an experienced and reliable "All-rounder" to be our main delivery driver and assist with the logistics of our scaffold yard. You will be delivering /collecting at a broad range of scaffolding sites, ranging from new build housing, to ancient monuments. You will need to be proficient with the lorry crane when no forks available on site.
We are a well established "family firm" who look after their people and provide a stress-free enjoyable working environment. You will be based at our Yard and Offices at address above.
Responsibilities
Operate flatbed HGVs up to 26t, including crane lorry to deliver/collect scaffolding materials safely at locations principally in Worcs and Herefs, sometimes further afield. Loading & unloading vehicle in our yard using forklift truck (FLT training given if required) Assist our Yard man in keeping materials organised within the yard Delivering / collecting our vehicles for FTA / MOT / servicing
Skills
Ability to handle physically demanding tasks such as securing cargo and handballing scaffold materials when required, Good communication skills for liaising with our Operations Team, clients, and colleagues. HGV Class 2 Licence and Drivers Card Be a reliable and enthusiastic team player, with a positive attitude

Pay: 19.41 per hour
Expected hours: 42.5 per week
