Job Summary

Clockwork removals and Storage are looking to recruit an experienced Class 2 HGV Driver to lead and manage removals team in our Sheffield Branch.

This is not just a driving role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers when they move home and for ensuring that Clockwork Removal & Storage, packing and loading standards are delivered by the removals team.

The role will suit an experienced HGV Driver that wants to do more than just drive. Clockwork Removal & Storage HGV Drivers have to be great team players, physically able and want to interact with customers to provide a great service.

What we're looking for in our HGV Driver:

Operate and drive trucks in compliance with all traffic regulations and safety standards. Experience in Removals would be an advantage, but not essential as full training will be given Ensure the safe loading and unloading of clients belongings. Conduct trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation as required by company policies. Adhere to all company policies regarding safety procedures. Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar commercial driving role is preferred. Knowledge of road safety regulations and traffic laws Clean UK Driving licence HGV Licence Essential Good level of fitness
Clockwork Removal & Storage will provide full training to equip you with the skills you need to lead your team, pack and load, understand health and safety together with customer service skills.
