Job Description
J Witt Waste Recycling Ltd are recruiting a Chain lift Skip/RoRo hook-loader Driver to join our friendly team in a fast paced, customer focused waste management business, based south of Bath. This is a permanent role offering competitive pay.
This is a varied role, primarily driving one of our fleets skip trucks and RoRo Trucks across Somerset and the surrounding areas, liaising with the main site office and Transfer Station as necessary. Chain lift skip sizes between 2 yard to 12 yard and RoRo skip sizes from 18yard - 40yard.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
To operate one of our chain lift and RoRo vehicles in an effective, safe and efficient manner, in line with company requirements.
Assist in the provision of skip collections and disposal service across various locations, observing health & safety requirements and being responsible for the safety of crew, equipment, self and members of the public.
Ensuring the highest possible standard of service is consistently provided to customers.
Experience in driving and operating of Skip lorries is desirable.
Requirements:
HGV Licence (Class 2) Valid CPC Able to follow and adhere to company regulations and health and safety rules. Able to represent the business in the appropriate manor whilst working independently. Have a good work ethic Have effective time management skills.

-Driving experience is essential. Highly organised and the ability to anticipate requirements and prioritize a changing workload. A strong communicator and an excellent team player. Reliable and independent worker.

Pay: 13.50-14.50 per hour
