Job Description

We are currently seeking HGV Class 2 Tipper Drivers to join our expanding team, operating from the Didcot area, working primarily on HS2 projects, although occasionally work will be with the day team delivering to local housebuilders

Job Details:

The job role is to deliver both aggregate and asphalt within the Oxfordshire area in a safe and efficient manner, maintaining a professional and responsible attitude toward work and customers

Hours on average are 10 hours per day, Monday to Friday. A typical shift will start at 6am and finish 4-5pm, however this can be earlier/later depending upon the work

Saturday Work - Every other Saturday is required (5-6 hour shift)

Salary Role - 42,000pa - 650 per week after deductions, with an additional 100 for each Saturday shift

Requirements:

Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence

Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph Card

MPQC preferred but not essential

Previous tipper experience preferred but not essential

No more than 6 points on your license with no IR or DD endorsements

Good knowledge of Oxfordshire and surrounding areas

Strong commitment to Health & Safety and compliance

Maintain truck both inside and out to a high standard - you will be given your own truck to drive, and we ask that you take care of it

PPE - Hard hat, full orange hi vis, boots etc.
