Job Summary

Looking for a HGV Tipper Driver. Working through Tarmac at Barrasford Quarry (Near Hexham). Deliving Tarmac and Drystone from Barrasford Quarry around the North East. Sometimes sent to other Tarmac Quarries.

Ideally the candidate will have Either Tarmac One Card or EPIC/MPQC card. (Tarmac Requirement not ours). Cant drive in Tarmac Sites without one. And driver CPC Card. Also preferably at least one year plus experience on tipper wagons. Including tipping Asphalt on Barber Green.

Includes Pension and wages are paid on a weekly basis. (Also bonus paid at Xmas).

Monday to Friday Full time hours, Plus the odd Saturday or Sunday if theres work on.

Wagons are based and park at Barrasford Quarry near Hexham, So you must be prepared to travel to quarry every day for work so don't apply if its too far from your home.

Responsibilities and Duties

Looking for someone that will take pride and care of our wagons. We keep our wagons new and replace them every two years. Onsite wagon wash facilities within the quarry. Someone that is keen and reliable.

Qualifications and Skills

Ideally have Tarmac One Card or EPIC/MPQC Driver skills card.

At least one year plus experience on tipper wagons.
