Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Class 2 Grab/Tipper Driver to join our team at Plaza Builders Limited. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely delivery and collection of materials at our various Groundwork projects within the East Midlands.
Responsibilities
Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently. Transport materials from Quarries to various job sites. Ensure timely deliveries to meet project deadlines. Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies. Communicate effectively with team members. Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed. Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance.
Qualifications
Valid commercial driving license (CPC)Valid Tachograph Card Valid Grab Operator Qualification Proven experience. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan routes effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards. Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 13.50-15.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
