An exciting opportunity has arisen for an

HGV Delivery Driver

with strong communication skills and a positive can-do approach to join our deliveries department. This is the final stage of the greenhouse journey where a smooth and professional delivery service is expected by our excited customers who are based throughout the UK.

Requirements:

? Full UK driving licence

? Category C License, also referred to as a Class 2

? Valid digital tachograph Card.

? An understanding of the working time directive for an HGV vehicle.

Responsibilities & Duties:

1) Undertake the on time and in full delivery of greenhouses and accessories to customer addresses throughout the UK.

2) Spend nights away from home; accommodation provided along with overnight allowance

3) Ensure goods are checked and associated documentation is signed by customer following delivery and returned to the office at end of shift/working week along with any receipts for fuel.

4) Ensure that each customer is called at least 1 hour before your arrival and that each delivery is photographed and forwarded on to the office following delivery.

5) Ensure all driving rules and laws are adhered to.

Hours of Work:

6am - finish, Monday - Friday
