We are seeking a highly motivated and organised HGV Delivery Driver to join our dynamic team at our LEEK Country Store. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a reliable and customer-focused individual with a passion for teamwork and high standards, someone who is passionate about serving and supporting the Rural and Agricultural industry. We're looking for a Delivery Driver to join our growing team and help us deliver excellence-literally!

THE JOB



What you'll be doing:



Delivering products to our valued customers efficiently and professionally Supporting your teammates to meet daily targets and tasks Building positive relationships with colleagues and customers alike Promoting our business by maintaining high standards in every delivery Handling customer enquiries and problems with confidence and care Ensuring all deliveries are completed on time and to specification


You will also ensure that, at all times, you:

Adhere to Company and Group policies and procedures, including but not limited to those relating to Safety, Health and Environmental. Ensure that all relevant legislation and approved codes of practice, are adhered to in respect of ongoing compliance, including but not limited to UFAS, FIAS, & NOPS assurance schemes.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALITIES REQUIRED



Essential



You will need an LGV Cat C driving licence to drive a vehicle over 7.5t Valid Driver CPC Card & Digi Tachograph Good knowledge of EU Drivers' Hours Rules and Working Time Regulations Team player, with a genuine interest in helping others Qualified Forklift Truck with experience in actively loading and unloading vehicles Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to liaise between a number of departments Exceptional customer service skills as dealing with many internal and external customers


Desirable



Agricultural knowledge Previous experience of driving and HGV in a commercial capacity
