MV Commercial is a leading supplier of new and used HGV trucks for hire and sale in the UK.

We have a fantastic opportunity and looking for someone to join the company as a HGV Driver.

They would be based at our head office at Airdrie but would be required to travel between depots and various locations collecting/ delivering vehicles . We are looking for a someone who doesn't mind the occasional night out, pays attention to detail, enthusiastic and can work on their own and as part of a team. Due to company growth this would be an opportunity for the right candidate who wishes to find a long-term career with a rewarding company.

The role will be working Monday - Friday with a start time of 07:00 and finishing at 16.30.

Plenty of opportunities for over time and hours may vary.

Key Duties are :

- Collecting and delivering LGV/HGV vehicle from different locations.

- Report any vehicle faults or damage to the vehicle.

- Handle any customer facing situations in a professional manner.

- Working to set timeframes and targets.

- Completing a daily record of work completed

- Other duties to support the branch a required

To be effective in this role we are looking for someone who is not afraid of hard work as this is an active and physical role.

Requirements

Category C + E Licence

Current CPC card

Minimum of 1 years' experience driving Heavy Goods Vehicles

Must have clean driving licence

Willingness to drive over long distances
