Elsham Linc Ltd are based predominantly in Lincolnshire, breeding and rearing pigs to Red Tractor standards. We are part of industry leading food producer Cranswick plc, a progressive FTSE250 Company.

An opportunity has arisen at our Mill within our transport team. The Mill is a key operational facility within our organisation, producing and distributing circa 1,400 tonnes of animal feed a week. The role is based at the mill but delivering finished feed to our pig farms in the North Lincolnshire and East Riding areas. This is a great opportunity for the right person to join our fast paced ever growing business with a bright future.

Main Duties:

Load finished feed from the correct mill bin and weigh out. Navigate to the farm and adhere to biosecurity requirements. Blow feed into the correct customer bins. Complete paperwork in accordance with legislation and company standards. Adhere to company health and safety standards and raise any concerns or areas for improvement. Clean lorry and trailer as per cleaning schedule.

What we require from you:

HGV Licence is essential. Bulk blowing experience desirable. Ability to prioritise and complete tasks fully. Strong attention to detail. You must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a desire to exceed expectations. Able to work on your own.

Due to the rural location your own transport is necessary.

Full time, permanent position - 39 hours per week plus overtime. Competitive pay package - dependent on experience. Full training offered.
