Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated HGV Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Delivery Driver and possess a Commercial Driving License.
-Majority of the work is wagon & drag, this includes regular nights out.
- Load and unload cargo following safety procedures.
- Plan routes to meet delivery schedules
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and safety concerns
- Maintain accurate driving logs
- Adhere to traffic laws and regulations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a HGV Driver (Class 1)
- Commercial Driving License (CDL) required
- Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly
- Strong communication skills
- Good physical health and stamina
Additional benefits:
- Overtime Rate 20.84 p.h.
- Night out payment 25.00
