Job Summary
Due to continued expansion we are seeking a HGV Class 2 drivers to join our team. This role requires a strong commitment to safety.
Duties
Operate lorries in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations. Safely load and unload goods, ensuring that all items are secured properly for transport. Conduct daily inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Communicate effectively with co-ordinators and clients regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays. Adhere to all company policies regarding safety and operational procedures.
Skills
Experience as a Commercial Driver with a valid driving licence. Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and best practices for safe driving. Good communication skills to interact with clients and other team members.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From 16.76 per hour
Expected hours: 52.5 - 58 per week
