Job Description
AMS Build Ltd is looking for a Driver to transport freight (aggregates & concrete) in a safe and timely manner. The driver will be responsible for delivering products to and from customers in a safe and timely manner. We offer competitive pay, great benefits, and a culture of teamwork!
Responsibilities for concrete delivery:
Safely operate company truck
Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a company truck Follow routes and time schedule Load and unload products according to the shipping protocol Documenting delivery activities with an electronic version of the delivery log within 24 hours of delivery Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum of 12 months commercial driving experience (Required)
Class 1 or 2 licence Clean drivers licence (required)
Must have physical ability that includes: Standing, Walking, reaching above head, bending and twisting for prolonged periods.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From 14.00 per hour
