Job Description

We are looking for a

reliable and hardworking HGV Class 2 Driver

to join our team. This role involves not only the delivery and collection of construction plant machinery but also the willingness to work outside the vehicle in the yard, assisting with loading, unloading, and maintaining machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience operating an HGV Class 2 vehicle and be comfortable working in a yard environment alongside their driving duties.

Experience operating a HIAB would be an advantage but is not required, as training can be provided if necessary.

The role is full time, Monday to Friday 7:30am to 5:30pm.

Key Requirements:

Valid

HGV Class 2

driving license (essential). CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph card (essential). Comfortable working in both driving and yard environments. Ability to operate and handle construction plant machinery (desirable but not essential). Previous experience in plant machinery delivery/collection or a similar role is advantageous. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team. Good physical fitness to handle manual tasks in the yard.

Pay: 39,000.00-40,000.00 per year
