As our business continues to expand, we're looking for a motivated and reliable

Class 2 Driver

to join our team and grow with us.

What You'll Be Doing

Your key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Carrying out

daily vehicle checks

-- including oil, coolant, and AdBlue levels -- and reporting any faults or damage promptly. Taking full ownership of your assigned Class 2 vehicle, ensuring it is clean, roadworthy, and fully stocked. Driving to and from customer and supplier locations across the UK, in line with

UK driving regulations and tachograph compliance

. Managing an average of

3-4 jobs per day

, typically starting from the furthest location and working your way back to site (e.g., trips to South Wales, Birmingham, etc.). Loading vehicles securely using provided ratchet straps, ensuring all equipment is transported safely. Using a company mobile device to capture collection and delivery confirmations (full training provided). Representing iWaste with professionalism and courtesy at all times when dealing with customers, colleagues, and the general public.

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is:

Holder of a valid Class 2 (Category C) licence

, CPC, and Digi Tacho card A strong communicator with a professional, polite manner Punctual, dependable, and trustworthy Well-organised, with the ability to plan ahead Physically capable and comfortable with manual handling A problem-solver who remains calm under pressure
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both

driving and hands-on work

, and who takes pride in delivering an excellent service.

The Details

Hours:

Monday to Friday, Start time may vary depending on work load (40 hours)

No weekend work -- ever

Full-time position with optional nights away (

paid at 50 per night
