Local SPAR routes, home most nights, 44k+ OTE, no tramping.

Local Work, Home Most Nights:

Serve SPAR Scotland on planned routes and sleep at home--almost always. Early runs often back by afternoon; occasional evening finishes. No tramping/continental.

Earn More for the Work You Do:

Output counts as well as hours. "Standard hours" pays for km, cages, backhauls/returns--lifting OTE to ~44,000+ with a 3-10% performance bonus.

A Rota You Can Plan Around:

Weekly rota issued Thu/Fri. Fair start windows (03:00-08:00 earlies; 10:00-15:00 lates) with day?before notice. 48?hour contract; typical days 11-13 hours.

Modern Refrigerated Fleet:

Scania, Volvo and Iveco tractors/rigids with fridge bodies, sleeper cabs, air?con, cameras and telematics. Tail?lift and handheld guide checks/scanning; "master mover" available.

Supportive, Scottish, Family?Run:

Family?run for 106+ years, backing Scottish suppliers. Mentor drivers, depot WhatsApp, and solid facilities--showers, canteen, tea/coffee, vending, lockers.

Training & What You'll Do:

3 weeks' training then familiar routes; bed?in 3-6 months. Class 1 (Class 2 rigids); road sense and customer skills. Handheld checks, store routes, scan/drop cages, returns/cardboard, occasional backhauls.
