We're looking for an experienced and reliable

HGV Driver

to join the team at

Condell Building Supplies in Horsham

. If you take pride in doing a great job, enjoy being out on the road, and like working with customers, this is a solid opportunity to join a friendly, hardworking team.

In this role, you'll mainly be driving a

3.5t dropside vehicle

, with around

25% of your time covering Class 2 (Cat C) HGV driving

. You'll help keep our deliveries running smoothly, ensuring every customer receives their order safely and on time.

What you'll do

Carry out deliveries using 3.5t and Class 2 vehicles Load and unload building materials safely at both the branch and on-site Provide excellent service on every delivery Keep vehicles clean, safe, and roadworthy through daily checks Support general branch operations when required

Hours & Benefits

Hours:

Mon-Fri 7am-4:30pm, 8am-12pm alternate Saturdays

Holiday:

21 days per year plus Bank Holidays

Salary:

35,000 per annum

What you'll need

Full Class 2 (Category C) licence

, valid Driver CPC and digital tacho card Experience driving both 3.5t and Class 2 vehicles Strong understanding of road safety and delivery procedures Physically fit and confident handling heavy goods Positive, can-do attitude and good team spirit Eligibility to work in the UK
