Job Description

Overview

To effectively deliver and collect goods in a timely, safe and efficient manner. Whilst fully adhering to all company and UK Legislative regulations. To provide any ad-hoc support to the Branch as required

Key Responsibilities

Efficiently deliver/Collect correct goods in the allocated sequence. Check the goods for collection or delivery against paperwork. Carry out daily vehicle checks Ensure the safety of the vehicle and the load in line with UK Legislation Deal with customers in a polite, friendly and helpful manner. Assist with loading and unloading vehicles at the branch. Assist with any other yard duties as required. Any other reasonable duties within the individual's capabilities Ensure timely and efficient deliveries/collections. Ensure full compliance with all Branch, Health and Safety and Driving Regulations Ensure full compliance with Telematics System (i.e. speeding, idling time etc)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 43,000.00 per year
