Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and skilled HGV Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting our Caravans and goods safely and efficiently to various locations. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and excellent communication skills.

Duties

Operate a lorry in compliance with all road safety regulations and company policies. Load and unload goods, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage during transit. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working order. Communicate effectively with colleagues regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and delivery confirmations. Assist with park maintenance tasks, as and when required. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while on the road and at delivery sites.

Skills

Proven experience as a HGV Driver with a valid commercial driving licence. Strong communication skills to interact with team members and clients effectively. Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record. Strong organisational skills to manage time efficiently and meet delivery deadlines. Class 1 license Experience transporting wide loads would be beneficial
