About the role...

As an HGV Driver & Operator, you will play a vital role in maintaining and improving drainage systems, ensuring the efficient operation of essential services for our communities.


As a HGV Driver & Operator you will...




Operating HGV jetting units to carry out drainage cleaning and maintenance.

Responding to emergency call-outs and planned maintenance schedules.

Conducting CCTV surveys to assess drainage conditions.

Liaising with clients and internal teams to report findings and recommend solutions.

Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Maintaining accurate records of work completed and materials used.

Performing routine checks and basic maintenance on equipment.

About you...




Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) driving licence.

High-pressure water jetting certification.

Confined space entry certification.

Experience in drainage maintenance and jetting operations.

Familiarity with CCTV drainage survey equipment and software.

Knowledge of health and safety practices in utility operations.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekend
