Job Description

Sapphire Utility Solutions are seeking a HGV Waste Water Operative to work in a team of 2 where you will be required to resolve drainage issues on the sewer network.

Hours:

42.5 hours per week. Shift-based between 8am to 6pm or 12pm to 10pm over 7 days.

Weekends and Bank Holidays are included.

What we offer:

Salary: between 33,990-37,525 per annum depending on experience. Weekly pay Overtime paid at time and a half Pension and death in service Training and progression opportunities

Responsibilities - but not limited to:

You will be working closely in a team of 2 operating high specification jetting and vacuumation units. Carry out remote CCTV investigations where required to assess the condition of underground pipes and sewers. Operate high-pressure water jetting equipment to clean and clear blockages in drains, sewers, pipes, and other wastewater systems. Liaising with customers. Updating electronical records. Ensuring safety issues are reported. Vehicle and Jetting Equipment checks

Experience, Qualifications and skills:

HGV Class 2 licence with no more than 6 penalty points Excellent listening and communication skills Competent in IT, accurate data entry
Full training will be given in the following: Jetting/SLG/First Aid/Manual Handling/Confined Spaces
