, Protek Fencing Ltd is now one of the UK's largest Vehicle Restraint System (VRS) specialists. A stable, long-serving core team and national client base keep us growing year-on-year, and we're looking for another installer to join the journey.

The role

Drive (?20 %)

- Collect our wagon from the Yeadon yard, load steel barrier components, and deliver to site (nation-wide contracts, typically north of Birmingham).

Install / Labour (?80 %)

- Assist the crew with manual handling, positioning posts & rails, drilling, bolting and general site duties. Plant operation if you hold tickets.

Return

- Finish on site and head back to the yard, or park at an agreed secure compound if the job involves lodging away.
Most work is Monday-Friday days, with occasional nights/weekends paid at overtime rates. Travel & lodge expenses covered by Protek.

What we're looking for

Essential

Valid UK Class C or C+E (HGV) licence Reliable transport to reach our Yeadon depot. CSCS Labourer card (or willingness to obtain) Physically fit - comfortable with heavy manual work outdoors in all weathers Punctual, safety-minded, eager to learn

Desirable / advantageous

CPCS/NPORS plant tickets - excavator, dumper, slinger/signaller VRS installation training (NVQ L2 or manufacturer course) Previous highways barrier, civils or steelwork experience
Experience fitting VRS is welcome but

not essential

- we'll train the right candidate.

Pay: 140.00-175.00 per day
