Job Description

We are Express Removals Worldwide Ltd based in Rye, East Sussex and we are looking for several HGV ton drivers to join our team. We are a local, family run Removal and Storage Company undertaking local, nationwide and European removals and have been operating for over 25 years. We are also members of The British Association of Removers.

This job would suit someone already in the removal industry or can be a new career for someone just starting our.

General day to day duties will be driving to and from removals, loading and offloading of the vehicles at clients properties and at our depot.

You may also be asked to deliver and collect packaging to customers, undertake packing and unpacking and wrapping of customers furniture.

You will also be required to do nights away as the job dictates. Night away money is 26.20 per night.

General store work will need to be done on a daily basis, tidying up, getting packaging materials ready for customers to collect or for you to deliver and loading goods onto the vehicles for the next day.

You must be physically fit in order to undertake packing, loading and offloading of the vehicle and to dismantle and reassemble any items of furniture.

Flexible hours and days or freelance.
