Due to Expansion Chris The Crane & Son (C&S Transport) based in Halifax, West Yorkshire are on the lookout for an experienced C or C+E Flatbed Driver to join our small team.

For the right candidate full training could be provided, this could be the ideal opportunity for someone who wants to get in to this industry.

Required Qualification:

C or C+E Driving license
Valid Driver CPC

Desirable qualifications:
Slinger/ Signaller card
ADR Licence
Experience of delivering and collecting cabins and containers, including stacking, linking and staircase erection.

You will be required to work well as part of a team or on your own. This job requires someone that can think for themselves, assess situations and come up with solutions. You will get wet and muddy when the usual British weather prevails but for the right candidate you will become one of the team of skilled operators. You will be Required to assist our crane drivers on site with stacking and staircase erection.

You will also be required to occasionally drive our 4x4 towing vehicle delivering and collecting Mobile welfare units to and from sites.

Nights out will be required,

The Job will be Monday to Friday based with weekend work as and when required.

Pay is 14 per hour up to 50 hours. With 50 hours pay been guaranteed each week.

Any work over 50 hours is paid at x 1.5 (21.00 Per Hour)

Saturdays - 21.00 per hour
Sundays - 28.00 per hour

Nights out paid at 30 per night.
