HGV Grab Driver / Reinstatement Teams Wanted!

Jones Lighting, a well-established, family-run business providing high-quality street lighting solutions to local authorities, is looking for an experienced

HGV Grab Driver

and a

2nd Man

to form a team. You will be based out of our Widnes depot.

We are seeking a skilled

Grab Driver / Reinstater

with at least one year of experience using a grab wagon with a

clamshell

attachment. The

2nd Man

will support the driver and assist with all on-site duties.

Wages:

Grab Driver / Reinstater (HGV, Streetworks, etc.):

16.00 per hour

2nd Man on Grab:

12.58 per hour

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Excavation, including safe working near buried utility plant. Safe working in the vicinity of overhead electricity and telephone lines. Signing, lighting, and guarding work areas as required. Strictly following Safe Systems of Work procedures.

What You'll Need:

Essential Qualifications:

Full, clean driving licence

(minor points considered).

HGV licence

with the relevant authorisations to operate a Hiab vehicle.
