We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Instructor to join our team. No previous experience required.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in their subject area and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment. As an Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, supporting student development, and contributing to the overall educational experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver high-quality lesson plans that meet curriculum standards. Create an inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement. Assess student progress through various evaluation methods and provide constructive feedback. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and share resources. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance. Stay updated with educational trends and best practices in your subject area. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years experience as a CAT C+E driver (Class 1) Previous teaching or instructional experience is preferred but not essential as full in-house training provided Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with students of diverse backgrounds. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. A commitment to continuous improvement and professional development. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Pay: 16,000.00-32,000.00 per year
