The Flexi Group are now recruiting HGV Driver Trainer for our client in the Erith area!

Monday-Friday, Full-TimeOur client is looking for an experienced HGV Driver Trainer to join their team in a dual role that combines driver training and transport compliance support.
In this role, you will deliver in-house training (liquid and powder tankers), CPC courses, and support compliance across our operations. You'll play a key part in promoting safety, operational excellence, and driver development.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver HGV driver training and CPC courses. Support compliance monitoring and driver assessments. Mentor drivers to improve safety and performance. Travel across regional sites as required.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 5 years' Class 1 (C+E) driving experience. Driver training and assessment experience. Strong knowledge of transport compliance and regulations. Confident coaching style and excellent communication skills. Flexibility to travel regionally.
