Hgv Skip Lorry Driver (part Time)
Job Description
HGV driver required to drive for local waste company.
Collecting and delivering solid waste, predominantly from sewage treatment works, we operate 24/7/365.
We are seeking a driver to work part time initially, circa 2-3 days per week, with potential to move to full time dependant on workload.
Driving an 18 ton skip lorry and potentially covering 32 ton RORO lorries also.
Preference given to those with experience in the waste industry.
Drivers must hold C licence.
Applicants should have a keen eye for detail and be health and safety focused.
Experience with skip lorries preferred however full training will be provided.
Position requires drivers to take and pass a driving assessment and NPORS certification.
Employed rates from 15.98 per hour plus bonuses.
Please note Weekend working may be required.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to 15.98 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
